Position Summary

PrimeCare Benefits Group is hiring a Senior Benefits Advisor to join our in office team in Wysox, PA. This is a W‑2 position offering $640 per week plus performance bonuses. You will assist clients over the phone with Medicare Advantage, life insurance, and related products. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, communicating clearly, and working in a supportive small team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls from clients seeking coverage information

Assess client needs and recommend suitable plans

Explain benefit options in a clear and friendly manner

Assist with applications and ensure accuracy

Follow up with clients to complete pending applications

Maintain organized notes and track daily activity

Work collaboratively with our small team to meet goals
